I have taught for many years, be that in the field of aerobics, sport, dance or toning up. Many of my current students are in the “middle age” to senior bracket !  As a mature dancer myself, I am able to understand and respond to the needs of my class participants. There are those whose movements are restricted and equally others who, even over 70, are extremely fit. 1 cap does not fit all!! Whether you like to dance, or prefer a team sport, you’ll find a welcoming class where you’ll meet new people. You’ll be stimulated physically & mentally learning new steps or moves. And moving to music that was your scene in your teens, 20’s, 30’s etc.!!!
