New Walking Netball
sessions at Speedwell!

Each session starts with warm ups

& basic skills, (passing, movement etc.), followed by a game.

Learn the positions & basic rules.
In Walking Netball there is no running or jumping!

30-40 minutes is left for a game trying out what you’ve learnt. End the session with some stretches.
We also stay for a drink in the cafe.

Our night out at a tapas bar. Team sports bring people together socially as well as on the court!

*There will be a change of venue for May & June due to the
sport’s hall being used for school exams. New venue tbc.

WN is  a slower variation of the game!.
Ideal for older players or those who prefer an easier pace! It’s great exercise, improves co-ordination, as well as being fun & social!
Cost £6-£6.50
Both venues have free PARKING.

NETBALL TOURNAMENT

We regularly participate in Walking Netball
tournaments in the South West. The team had their biggest success at the recent WSM fundraising WN festival
